| If you're looking for that special Italian Restaurant that features great food,
old world charm, and atmosphere - your search is over. Not only do you get the incredible delights produced by fine Italian chefs, Mary Ann Gutierrez
and Dave Oldham, assisted by prep cook Myra Fisher, but one is royally entertained by the fine voices of the waiters at dinner which is a dream to any
digestive tract. Just visit Rino's Restaurant, inside Colorado's 6th most historical building, and located next to the historic Bloom Mansion and Baca
House in the heart of Trinidad. It's a lovely restaurant for intimate dining and fabulous atmosphere.

Brothers Frank, Bob and Joe Cordova, and sister Linda Velasquez have combined forces to make a tasteful difference in the
Trinidad dining scene. The building itself is architecturally significant and impressive. The main edifice was erected in 1887; and by November, 1890,
the building was completed and dedicated as a church. The semi-conical shaped roof and curved walls and ceiling enhance the beauty of singing and
music in the restaurant.

Bob & Frank Cordova
The four sibling owners, natives of Trinidad, decided to name the restaurant after their late mother, Carmen (Rino)
Cordova, daughter of Francisco Rino and Maria (Ruscetti). Rino emigrated from Calabria and Rome, Italy to Longsdale, Colorado in the late 1800's.
Carmen raised her family of 14 children in Trinidad, some of whom moved on to other places, as did Frank and Bob who later returned to the town they
loved most! The only way for them to return home was to provide their own employment. So, with Joe and Linda, they all contributed their talents to
create this wonderful concept - Rino's Italian Restaurant and Steak House. The family extends a special thank you to Ernie Fognani, Valerie Cordova,
Stephanie Cordova, Chris Velasquez, Chris Velasquez, Sr., Chad Velasquez, and Ernie Maldonado of E.W.M Construction for all their hard work in making
this dream a reality.

Chefs Dave Oldham & Mary Ann Gutirrez
