Bank in Trinidad will provide a laser printed statement including laser images
of your checks. Some of the immediate benefits are:

| Your higher print quality statement will be easier to read, and for visually
impaired, we can provide enlarged images of your checks. |

Easier Balancing: |
| Your check images will be provided to you in numerical order to eliminate
the need of sorting checks before balancing your checkbook. Your deposit slips
are also organized and imaged. |

Easy Reference: |

In addition to having the imaged checks presented in numerical order, the
check number, check amount, and date are clearly posted below each check image. |

Storage Convenience: |
| Your statements are pre-punched for insertion into a Financial Organizer,
which will be provided FREE, to account holders, by The First National Bank. |

Time-Saving Research: |
| We keep permanent records of your statement and check information. Should
you need a copy of a statement or check, we can provide it. |

Image Acceptance: |
| Check images have been accepted as valid proof of payment by local, state
and federal branches of the government, as well as businesses throughout the
country. |
