Up Town Liquors, previously known as Garfield Liquors, was purchased by Mike and
Della Duran in June 2008. The building was the original home of the Danny Lenz gas
station and liquor store (see photo). Mike and Della, life-long residents of Huerfano
County, have remodeled and refaced the building for customer convenience and look
forward to serving the community with a wide assortment of wines, spirits, and the
coldest beer in town. There's an easy, convenient drive-up window and friendly, helpful service. They're
open from 9:00 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday, and Sundays from noon until
8:00 p.m.
