Ready to Work for You

You break it and Sandy's Handyman Service will fix it!

Sandy E. Lucero, a native of Raton, opened a residential handyman business in November 2008 serving northeast New Mexico, primarily the Raton area. He has 14 years experience in handyman work including tile, paint, welding, mechanical, landscaping and janitorial. Sandy's Handyman Service is a home-based business and a side job for him, but he always does a great job of prioritizing his time to get the work done. Sandy works full time for the city of Raton as Building Director for all city buildings. He enjoys his city job but also likes helping people with side jobs big and small. As a handyman there are building code requirements on various types of work, so you might find him working with local plumbers, electricians and contractors to make sure the job is done right.

If the handyman business isn't enough, He's also started another home-based business called X-TREME Home Inspection. Sandy attended a 40-hour course on home inspection in Denver at Kaplan University to become a certified home inspector. It's a business that Sandy takes very seriously because home inspections can make or break the sale of a home or make a difference for an insurance company. Sandy's X-TREME Home Inspection business serves northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado. There are very few courses offered to become a certified home inspector, so he's pleased to have the first step complete in being certified, and he's looking forward to becoming a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. If it's handyman work you need or a home inspection, Sandy is handy. Si habla espanol. (575) 447-5881 or (575) 445-5881.
