Application for iBank Service: 3 Ways to Apply

If you suspect you have a special situation that requires attention, just give us a call - 719-846-9881 Mon.-Fri. 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Online Application - The fast and convenient way to apply.

  1. Submit your information on our Online Application
  2. Wait for notification (1 to 2 business days) that your welcome kit is ready for you.
  3. Come in to our main lobby (100 E. Main in Trinidad) or the branch bank of your choosing to sign your application and receive your welcome kit.

Print an Application - Easy access to the iBank application.

  1. Submit your information on our Print Application and print the finished application from your computer.
  2. Bring your application in to our main lobby (100 E. Main in Trinidad) or any of our branch banks.
  3. Wait for notification (1 to 2 business days) that your welcome kit is ready for you.
  4. Come back to the bank you brought your application to and receive your welcome kit.

Paper Application - For special situations.

  1. Come in to our main lobby (100 E. Main in Trinidad) or any of our branch banks to pick up a brochure and fill out the application.
  2. Wait for notification (1 to 2 business days) that your welcome kit is ready for you.
  3. Come back to the bank you brought your application to and receive your welcome kit.

Signup Guide

Not within driving distance: If you are not within convenient driving distance to pick up your welcome kit, you will either need to use the "Print an Application" method or have an application sent to you (call 719-846-9881 Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.)  For the security or your account you must have the completed application notarized.  Then you may mail in your application to:

Once we approve and process your application, your welcome kit will be sent to you via certified mail.

You need to be put on the signature card of an account you want to access: If you have a situation where you need to access an account on iBank but you are not on the signature card for that account, you need to make arrangements to be added to the signature card.  Call for information on how to do this: 719-846-9881 Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
